A day in the life with the people whose job it is. What actually takes the time is rarely what the org chart says takes the time.
Design is how we decide, not a separate engagement
Wireframes and prototypes exist to settle arguments cheaply. If a sketch can kill a bad idea in an afternoon, that is the sketch earning its keep.
We will tell you not to build it
Talking a client out of a build is the job done properly, not a lost sale. You will get that answer before you have spent on the alternative.
What you leave with
- A short list of the decisions actually standing between you and the outcome
- Our recommendation on each, with the cost of getting it wrong
- A first cut of scope and effort for whatever survives
